Michael Hilkin spoke at the 2025 ABA-IPT Advanced Sales and Use Tax Seminar on March 11 in New Orleans, LA. He spoke at the session entitled Unbundling the Bundled: Processing Guidance from SSUTA, MTC, and Texas Regulations.
