Overview
On 7 November, our Private Equity Bootcamp took place in Munich with a revised concept and new topics.
The experienced speakers from our firm provided you and your colleagues with the legal and tax fundamentals for the successful realisation of private equity transactions during a workshop and discussed an interactive case study with you.
The workshop was primarily aimed at professionals with up to five years of professional experience from all areas of private equity practice (private equity funds, debt funds, banks, advisors), but was also suitable for participants who wanted to refresh their existing knowledge or deepen their interdisciplinary knowledge.
