International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented RC Capital, a healthcare-focused growth equity firm that partners with high–potential healthcare companies, healthcare executives and clinicians, in its partnership with leading healthcare investment banking firm, Provident Healthcare Partners and James River Cardiology, a full-service cardiology practice, to form Aligned Cardiovascular Partners.
The transaction was announced on May 31, 2023.
