International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Lee Equity Partners, LLC, a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, in its acquisition of a majority ownership interest in Bradford Health Services, a leading substance use disorder treatment provider in the Southeast, from Centre Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm.
The transaction was announced on October 28, 2022.
