• Representing defendant in multiple securities litigation matters stemming from cryptocurrency and NFTs.
• Represented bankruptcy estate in complex multi-year securities litigation stemming from subprime collapse.
• Represented officers of publicly-traded bank and bank holding company in federal securities litigation stemming from bank failure.

Complex Commercial Litigation

• Represented company in litigation and subsequent arbitration $262 million successor liability, de facto, merger and fraudulent transfer case.  Prevailed in the entirety in both litigation and arbitration.
• Representing online peer-to-peer rental company in litigation seeking injunctive and declaratory relief as to rentals in California Coastal Zone.  Prevailed on motion to dismiss and appeal.
• Represented private equity firm in multiple matters in which plaintiff asserted claims for fraud, debt recharacterization, and statutory and equitable subordination, in which our client prevailed in the entirety after a multi-week bankruptcy court trial
• Representation of numerous persons and entities in post-merger claims for alleged breaches of merger representations and warranties

Other Litigation

• Represented company and founders in federal trademark infringement case.  Prevailed on all claims on summary judgment.
• Represented foreign pharmaceutical company in complex multi-jurisdictional patent ownership dispute in which we secured summary judgment in our client’s favor on all claims.
• Represented multiple clients in highly contentious action for the unlawful misappropriation or use of trade secrets.  Prevailed on all claims on summary judgment.
• Represented biotech company in complex antitrust case involving claims for the alleged unlawful bundling of products, monopolization, and attempted monopolization.
• Represented drug development company in complex patent infringement action raising novel issues regarding scope of Hatch-Waxman safe harbor.
