International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of HealthPro Heritage, a leading provider of outsourced and managed rehabilitation therapy services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities and home nursing agencies. This transaction was completed on March 9, 2021.

McDermott has represented Wellspring in connection with its acquisitions of Cadence Petroleum Group, Paragon Films, Lucky Strike Entertainment, and Center for Diagnostic Imaging. McDermott also represented Wellspring Capital Management in the sale of its portfolio company Help at Home. Most recently, McDermott represented Wellspring’s portfolio company Center for Diagnostic Imaging in its acquisition of Smart Choice MRI and U.S. MRI.
