McDermott Will & Emery represented VB Spine, LLC, a newly formed company from Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC, a family-owned investment firm specializing in the neuro-musculoskeletal space, in its acquisition of the US spinal implants business division of Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies. The definitive agreement also includes VB Spine’s anticipated acquisition of Stryker’s spinal implants business in France and other international markets.
