Jennifer also develops international brand management and enforcement programs tailored to their business objectives.

Jennifer’s experience spans the full lifecycle of brand protection and enforcement. She has worked with US Customs and Border Protection to seize counterfeit goods, handled numerous opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and represented clients in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution proceedings. She also has experience litigating trademark infringement, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, and design infringement matters.

Jennifer operates at the intersection of IP and dealmaking. She collaborates closely with the firm’s corporate advisory, health and life sciences, and tax teams on the IP aspects of strategic alliances, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes structuring and negotiating complex IP and data licensing arrangements for public and privately held companies, with significant experience advising healthcare technology companies, healthcare providers, and academic medical centers on digital health and data-related IP issues.
