James acts for credit funds and investment banks on structured or bespoke financing arrangements including, fund financings, securitisations and CLOs. He is also experienced in EU/UK risk retention compliance, repackaging transactions and advises buy-side clients on their prime brokerage arrangements and derivatives products.
