International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) (Constellation), a leading beverage alcohol company, in connection with its public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800% senior notes due 2030 which closed on May 1, 2025. BofA Securities, Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers of the offering.
