Elle represents clients in complex corporate transactions and financings, including mergers and acquisitions. She has significant experience in renewable energy transactions, particularly project finance and tax equity matters and has represented sponsors, investors, and lenders in some of the market’s most complex deals. She also regularly advises clients with interests across the entertainment, sports, healthcare, and renewable energy sectors.
