Niels Dejean focuses his practice on French tax matters, advising clients on tax law, tax controversy and dispute resolution, private equity and mergers & acquisitions areas.
Before joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Niels was the partner in charge of the French tax practice of a US law firm. He also has prior experience within a major audit firm (both in France and in the United States) and has particular strength in cross-border matters and the interaction of French and US tax.
