International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented New Harbor Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, in its portfolio company and high-tech respiratory medical equipment and services company, Advent Home Medical, in its acquisition of Aeratech Home Medical, an Ohio and Indiana-based premier provider of home respiratory care and equipment technology. The partnership meaningfully advances both businesses’ goals of providing the highest quality home healthcare to more patients across the Midwest and beyond.
