Henry McCarron focuses his practice on private equity M&A, advising private equity sponsors, corporates, and management teams on a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management equity plans, and investments.
Prior to joining McDermott, Will & Schulte, Henry worked at an international law firm in London and Hong Kong, where he also undertook a secondment to the M&A underwriting team of a major global insurance company.
