Caroline Incledon focuses her practice on litigating complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts, focusing principally on representing clients in the financial services and healthcare industries. Among other areas of law, Caroline has handled disputes involving breach of contract, ERISA, securities fraud, antitrust, and civil RICO claims. Caroline also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing pro bono clients in family law matters.
While in law school, Caroline was on the editorial board of the American Criminal Law Review and authored a note selected for publication.
