Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Mill Point Capital LLC (Mill Point), a private equity firm focused on control investments in lower-middle market companies across the Business Services, Industrials and IT Services sectors throughout North America, in connection with Mill Point entering into a definitive agreement to acquire Total Safety Supplies & Solutions, Inc. (TSSS), a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations products including safety and personal protective equipment, from Total Safety U.S., Inc. This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and is expected to close later in 2026.
The acquisition of TSSS represents Mill Point’s 20th corporate carve-out and underscores Mill Point’s expertise and advanced capabilities with complex transaction structures.
