Dr. Wolfgang von Frentz advises clients across telecommunications, media and technology, combining longstanding litigation experience with a strong transactional practice.

He is known for complex dispute resolution, representing DAX and other international companies in media, information technology, intellectual property and corporate law matters before state courts, the European Court of Justice and arbitral tribunals.

His practice also covers data protection, compliance, outsourcing, research and development and licensing agreements, as well as the implementation of IT systems that support production and sales across borders.

He serves as head of the firm’s German Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice group and as Managing Partner of the Munich office.
