Peter J. Tucci

Peter regularly assists clients with a range of succession issues, including the transfer of family businesses, commercial real estate holdings, and investment fund interests, while also providing counsel on trust administration, charitable-giving strategies, and related estate-planning matters.

Additionally, Peter advises domestic and international clients on complex income tax, estate tax, gift tax, and GST tax issues and provides guidance to fiduciaries on trust administration matters. His background includes experience drafting prenuptial agreements and advising public charities and private foundations on federal- and state-law compliance.

Earlier in his career, Peter worked for a FinTech company, where he focused on advanced tax planning and wealth management and explained sophisticated tax and trust concepts to financial advisors, accountants, and taxpayers. He previously clerked at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
