Neema Jyothiprakash represents clients in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, with particular focus in shareholder activism litigation, investment fund and partnership disputes, and securities litigation. She also represents clients in enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and in internal regulatory compliance investigations.
Neema maintains an active pro bono practice with experience in immigration matters, including defensive and affirmative asylum proceedings and civil liberties impact litigation. She served as the firm’s Brooks Burdette Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice, where she worked on litigation relating to the First Amendment, executive power, immigration, and campaign finance reform, as well as issues related to election security.
