Matthew Adams

Matthew Adams focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters, with a particular concentration on real estate transactions.

While in law school, Matthew served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Elaine Lu at the Los Angeles Superior Court and as a summer associate at McDermott. He also was a literary citation editor for the Pepperdine Law Review.
