Mark A. Baghdassarian focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) and general litigation matters, representing clients in high-stakes disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, as well as complex commercial cases. Mark represents clients across various industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and life sciences. With a background in chemistry and experience spanning highly technical subject matter, he understands complicated technologies and develops effective litigation strategies that are aligned with his clients’ business goals.
As a first-chair trial lawyer, Mark has guided clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit counseling through trial and appeal.
