• Representing the liquidating trustee for Legacy IMBDS, Inc. (f/k/a iMedia Brands, et al.)
• Representing Fred Stevens as the liquidating trustee for Hardinge Inc., a manufacturer of metal-cutting machine tool solutions with an approximate annual revenue of $330 million
