Giovanna Vecchio focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She regularly advises Italian and international clients on acquisitions, disposals and general corporate matters across a broad range of industries. Giovanna also assists clients with corporate governance matters, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts supporting private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, and industrial groups throughout the full spectrum of a transaction.
