Eric Cunningham focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Eric served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marian Blank Horn of the US Court of Federal Claims and for the Honorable Timothy C. Stanceu of the US Court of International Trade. He was also a law clerk for the US Senate Committee on the Judiciary and the senior executive editor for The George Washington Law Review.
