Brittany is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group. She represents private fund clients including private equity funds and funds of funds, venture capital funds and other pooled investment vehicles in connection with formation, capital raising, structuring, formation, investor negotiations and ongoing operations. Brittany also advises asset managers, sponsors, registered brokers, and advisers on onshore and offshore fund compliance, sponsorship of private funds and regulatory matters.
