Ariele advises on all aspects of fund formation, including preparation of private offering memoranda and limited partnership agreements, as well as negotiation of side letters.
She also has extensive experience advising institutional investors on their investments in private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, and co-investment transactions.
