Die Wahlstationen seines Referendariats absolvierte er bei einer deutschen und einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei.

Alexa (Lexi) Riccolo Foss advises clients on healthcare private equity transactions, including platform deals. She offers strategic insights into federal and state regulatory issues, such as compliance with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Medicare reimbursement rules. She also counsels clients on physician compensation structures and employment contracts.

While in law school, Lexi was a judicial extern for the Hon. John Robert Blakey of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and a corporate extern for a multi-hospital regional health system.

Fabiola Díaz Vera counsels healthcare organizations on a wide range of federal and state healthcare regulatory issues. She is particularly experienced in matters impacting healthcare insurance companies, including issues related to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for Medicare and Medicaid programs, the Affordable Care Act, fraud and abuse laws and regulations, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She collaborates closely with her clients on implementing operational changes related to recent federal laws including the No Surprises Act (NSA) and the Transparency in Coverage Rule.

Aidan focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution.  He is experienced in both first instance and appeal proceedings as well as mediations.  His practice is broad and includes class actions in relation to an initial public offerings and cross-border tortious claims.  He has appeared in the High Court and Court of Appeal of New Zealand.

Upon graduation, Aidan clerked for the Honourable Sir William Young J of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.

Matthias Bosbach berät Mandanten zu allen Fragen des Bank- und Finanzrechts mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Akquisitions-, Unternehmens- und Refinanzierungen. Daneben berät er regelmäßig im Zusammenhang mit Immobilienfinanzierungen.

Vor seiner Anstellung bei McDermott war er als (Senior) Associate bei einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei im Bereich Corporate Finance tätig. Sein Referendariat absolvierte Matthias Bosbach im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Köln mit Stationen beim Bundesrechnungshof (Bonn) sowie bei zwei internationalen Wirtschaftskanzleien in Düsseldorf und New York City.
