Ariel Veytsman focuses her practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has experience advising on M&A, VC and corporate governance issues.

While in law school, she was the articles editor for the SMU Law Review.

Giulio Marconcin focuses his practice on litigation and arbitration proceedings. He advises both Italian and international clients on a wide range of civil and commercial matters, with a specific focus on corporate law issues.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Giulio gained experience working for leading domestic law firms in Milan and provided legal advice on civil and corporate litigation issues with particular focus on liability claim against corporate bodies, challenges to company resolutions, M&A litigation, national procurement, sale and lease agreements.

Giulio is currently a teaching assistant and member of the examination committee in Commercial Law at the University of Verona.

Lucas J. Hale focuses his practice on litigation matters, where he represents clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes.

While earning his law degree, Lucas served as a legal extern at the Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and was notes editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. 

Sophie Rezki is a Senior Associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group. She focuses her practice on cross-border leveraged finance transactions, advising corporate borrowers and issuers, corporates, private equity firms and other institutional investors. Sophie is experienced in advising clients on technical issues which may arise from English but also foreign law perspectives.

Niklas Keller berät Mandanten im Bereich Restrukturierung und Insolvenzrecht.

Vor seiner Anstellung als Associate bei McDermott arbeitete Niklas Keller bereits als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Bereich Restrukturierung und Insolvenzrecht bei einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei.

Sein Rechtsreferendariat absolvierte Niklas Keller beim Oberlandesgericht Köln mit Stationen bei der Deutschen Generalkonsulat in Boston und im Rahmen der Anwalts- und Wahlstation bei McDermott im Bereich Restrukturierung und im Insolvenzrecht.

Der Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt von Armin Teymouri liegt im Bereich Private Equity und M&A. Er berät Unternehmen und Finanzinvestoren zu allen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Aspekten inländischer und grenzüberschreitender Transaktionen sowie zu allgemeinen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen.

Alexander (Alex) Grayson focuses his practice on antitrust and competition matters and employment litigation.

While in law school, Alex was a legal extern at the US Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Branch, and a judicial extern to the Hon. Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Alex also served as an editor of The George Washington International Law Review and was the 2023 recipient of the Jennie Hassler Walburn Award for excellence in civil procedure.
