International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised Sunland Medical Foundation (Sunland) d/b/a Trinity Regional Medical Center Sachse and its wholly owned subsidiary, 4750 GHW Bush Land Holdings LLC, through its chapter 11 process. Sunland completed a successful sale and confirmation of assets and transferred its operations to Columbia Medical Center of Plano Subsidiary, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: HCA), one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers.
