McDermott Represents Natixis, New York Branch in Three Multi-Million Dollar Financing Deals

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented the New York Branch of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, a leading global financial institution that provides advisory, investment banking, financing, corporate banking and capital markets services, in connection with three multi-million dollar financing deals across the East Coast.

• McDermott provided counsel to Natixis on its $70.01 million, five-year, floating-rate financing for the acquisition of The Fields at Rock Creek, a 314-unit, Class A multifamily property located in Frederick, Maryland. The transaction was announced on July 27, 2022 and the deal team was led by Scott Weinberg and included Megan Vallerie, Ian Sebastian Gall, Alison Mackenzie, Bob Mower, Hayley Yandoli, and Ed Pisacreta. • McDermott provided counsel to Natixis on its $80.20 million financing for the acquisition of the Westfax Data Center and Industrial Portfolio, Chantilly, Virginia. The transaction closed on August 18, 2022 and the deal team was led by Scott Weinberg and included Megan Vallerie, Jeff Ruskin, Ryan Baebler, Bob Mower, Hayley Yandoli, and Ed Pisacreta.
• McDermott provided counsel to Natixis on its $68 million financing for the construction of an addition to an industrial property located at 2355-2369 Startown Road, Trivium Corporate Center, North Carolina. The transaction closed on August 22, 2022 and the deal team was led by Scott Weinberg and included Jeff Ruskin, Ryan Baebler, Bob Mower, Hayley Yandoli, and Ed Pisacreta.
