International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte acted as U.S. counsel for RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing luxury hotel and residential assets, in the acquisition of 51% of the equity interests of Cabo del Sol Holdings, LLC, the owner of the destiny Cabo del Sol on Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.

RLH Properties will obtain a stake, as well as other assets, including the 96-room Four Seasons Cabo del Sol Hotel, the Cabo del Sol residential business, and world-class golf courses.
