Private Equity Bootcamp

McDermott’s „Private Equity Bootcamp“ will provide a legal and fiscal basis to successfully execute private equity transactions. This event will be particularly useful for employers with up to five years of professional experience from all areas of private equity, (i.e., private equity funds, banks, consultants) for participants who wish to refresh their existing knowledge and for those interested in deepening interrelated interdisciplinary relationships.
