Henry McCarron

Henry McCarron focuses his practice on private equity M&A, advising private equity sponsors, corporates, and management teams on a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management equity plans, and investments.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Henry worked at an international law firm in London and Hong Kong, where he also undertook a secondment to the M&A underwriting team of a major global insurance company.

• NORD Holding on the acquisition of Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging, a leading provider of MRI and CT solutions specifically designed for veterinary applications.
• The sellers on the sale of a leading private fertility and gynaecological healthcare provider to a specialised family investment office, together with management’s reinvestment in the newco structure.
• TDR Capital on its acquisition of Jollyes, a leading pet shop chain, and its investment in Popeyes, a leading global quick-service restaurant brand.*
• A consortium of Swiss Life Asset Managers and Vesper Next Generation Infrastructure Fund on the acquisition of RAD-x, a leading pan-European diagnostic imaging platform, from Gilde Healthcare.*
• Clariane Group on its disposal of the Berkley Care network, a highly regarded operator of prime care homes across England, to Elevation Healthcare Properties.*
• Horizon Capital on its disposal of Sapphire Systems, a global provider of digital operating platforms to SMEs, to NTT DATA Business Solutions AG.*
• Finsbury Food Group plc on its sale to DBAY Advisors by way of a court-approved scheme of arrangement.*
• A Middle East-headquartered sponsor on its minority co-investment in a pan-Asian, oncology-focused healthcare services group.*
