Kai M. Fenty focuses his practice on US and international tax matters, with an emphasis on federal tax controversy. He assists clients in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service involving complex corporate, partnership, and cross-border issues. He also has experience supporting matters that arise during private equity fund formations and investments, renewable energy credit transactions, tax equity financings, and other strategic transactions.
