Arcangela Gerbino focuses her practice on court litigation and on national and international arbitration. She has valuable experience in assisting multinational companies in internal investigations related to business crime cases and to whistleblowing procedures.

Before joining the firm, she worked in the field of business crime, corporate compliance and in establishing organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no 231/2001.

She is currently a teaching assistant in Corporate Criminal Law and in Criminal Law at the Catholic University of Milan.
