Eric Benoliel

Eric Benoliel (CIPP/US) focuses his practice on technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions. He counsels clients on various technology and services arrangements, including the development, licensing, and commercialization of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and cryptocurrency platforms. Eric also advises clients on supply, manufacturing, referral, and other strategic partnerships.

Before joining McDermott, Eric served as in-house legal counsel for the US-based subsidiary of a multinational corporation.
