Louisiana Lungu

Louisiana Lungu focuses her practice on advising French and international companies on their internal and cross-border operations (including merger and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and real estate transactions) and their tax audits and disputes. She also dedicates part of her practice to individual taxation.

Before joining McDermott, Louisiana interned in several law firms as well as at international banking groups and within an asset management organization.
