Düsseldorf, December 3, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Analysys Mason on the acquisition of the management consultancy Telescope Advisory Partners. The transaction was completed at the end of November 2024.

With the acquisition of Telescope Advisory Partners, Analysys Mason is expanding its global presence and strengthening its expertise in the areas of commercial due diligence and AI. Both companies are already recognized as market leaders in the M&A support sector.

Analysys Mason is a global management consulting firm focused on strategy, transactions, transformation, regulation and policy consulting.

International alternative asset manager Bridgepoint has been invested in Analysys Mason since 2022 via Bridgepoint Development Capital, a lower middle-market fund focused on supporting fast-growing businesses across Europe.

Telescope Advisory Partners, based in Munich and Frankfurt, advises medium-sized DACH and European private equity funds as well as strategic investors on investments in technology markets.

The McDermott team was led by partner Jan Hückel and comprised partners Thomas Ammermann and Thomas Gennert as well as associates Alexander Hoppe, Darius M. Mosleh and Janek Joosten.
