Tatyana Lozé focuses her practice on private equity funds structuring and fundraising.
She advises European management companies on the establishment and operation of investment funds across the alternative asset spectrum including venture capital, growth capital, buyout, fund of funds and co-investments as well as on GP-led fund restructurings and other liquidity solutions.
She also has experience with the establishment of fund management companies, carried interest and co-investment schemes for management teams and advises international investors in primary and secondary transactions.
Before joining McDermott Will & Emery, Tatyana worked for top tier US firms in Paris and in London.
