Theresa Maria Babendreier

Theresa Babendreier focuses her practice on civil litigation and government and internal investigations. Her experience includes handling all stages of internal investigations for corporate clients and counseling on post-resolution compliance.

While attending law school, Theresa served as the editor in chief of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as a board member of the Duke Latin American Law Students Association. She also participated in the International Human Rights Clinic and a year-long Immigrant Rights Clinic.
