Heidi Hutchins focuses her practice on global privacy and cybersecurity matters, including online advertising and tracking technologies, cybersecurity risks, breach response, and global privacy program obligations.  She works with clients across industries including technology, insurance, automotive, e-commerce, and healthcare and life sciences.

While earning her law degree, Heidi interned at the Colorado Supreme Court. She was also the production and technology editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review, a member of the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, and served as a legal writing fellow.
