Bronwyn D. Andreas advises US and non-US clients in cross-border joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, project development and finance, and general corporate matters. Bronwyn represents clients in a wide range of industry sectors, including energy, internet, manufacturing, real estate, retail, staffing and software. She has extensive experience in the energy sector and provides broad-ranging corporate support in relation to energy industry transactions. Bronwyn also has extensive experience in structuring joint ventures in a wide range of industries. In addition, she provides advice with respect to other corporate matters, including corporate governance issues, private equity transactions and capital markets activities.
