Wilson Chu led a McDermott team that advised Xerox on its purchase of RSA Medical, a provider of risk management services to the health and life insurance industry, from Chicago private equity firm Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Co. The multi-office team included Soren Lindstrom, Lindsey Reighard, David Guedry, Shawn Helms, Thomas Young, Arnold Pamplona, Daniel Gottlieb, Lisa Schmitz Mazur, Ryan Higgins, Randall Ortman, Stephen Erf and Joseph Urwitz.
