McDermott advised the Blackstone Group and Event Hospitality Group on the $260 million acquisition of 29 hotels in Germany and The Netherlands. The cross-border team of partners included Norbert Schulte, Carsten Böhm, Jan Hueckel, Lionel Lesur, Oliver Lieth, Holger Weiß, Jonathan Wohl, Thomas Ammermann and Sebastian von Lossow (corporate); Annette Keller, Christian Schuster and Kian Tauser (tax); and Volker Teigelkötter (employee benefits).
