Hilary Udow focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She has experience representing clients in disputes involving breach of contract, antitrust, employment issues, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. In addition, Hilary also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration issues.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Hilary gained experience working as an associate in a global law firm in New York.

Jason D. Kramer focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He advises strategic and private equity buyers and sellers on complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, construction materials and manufacturing. He also regularly counsels clients in connection with corporate governance matters.

Chloe works with investors and growth-stage companies on raising seed capital, venture financings and negotiating commercial agreements. Chloe Curtis also advises clients on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side representations and private equity acquisitions. Chloe has a broad range of corporate experience and provides counsel on general corporate and governance matters.

Benjamin Lee focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters.

While in law school, Benjamin served as a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division. He was also a network writer for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and articles editor for the Asian American Law Journal. He also served as Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) co-Chair.

Sarah Sarb focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, venture financings, corporate governance matters and entity formations. Sarah also advises clients on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side representations and private equity acquisitions.
