International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented H.I.G. Capital, LLC (H.I.G.), a leading global alternative investment firm with $70 billion of capital under management, and its portfolio company Iron Bow Technologies, in the sale of Iron Bow’s telehealth division, SoldierPoint Digital Health, LLC (SoldierPoint), to GovCIO, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
