International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher), one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firms, in the acquisition of Bremer Insurance Agencies, a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB), a property and casualty insurance broker serving commercial, agricultural, and personal lines clients in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
