International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented AirSculpt Technologies, Inc., a national provider of premium body contouring procedures, in connection with an underwritten public offering of 3,160,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the underwriter exercised in full its option to purchase an additional 474,000 shares of common stock. Leerink Partners LLC acted as the sole book runner for the offering.
The proceeds from the offering, after estimated expenses, are estimated to be approximately $13.8 million.
