Lawyers Say Fed. Regulators Likely Will Closely Scrutinize Aetna-CVS Deal

McDermott corporate, health, benefit, IP and tax lawyers were among attorneys from three global law firms to advise drugstore chain operator CVS Health Corp. on its $69 billion cash and stock purchase of insurer Aetna Inc. Such a vertical merger has traditionally fared better under antitrust scrutiny.
