Tax Structuring for Life Sciences Deals

Albert Sokol co-authored this paper presented in Cambridge, MA at the Sixth Annual Life Sciences Symposium, October 2017. In it Mr. Sokol provided an introduction to some common tax structuring issues that a life sciences or other early-stage company faces during its life-cycle – from initial investment, through company expansion to final exit transaction.
